Coral Wave Swim School Terms & Conditions

All lessons must be booked in advance.
Full payment is required [at the time of booking / before the first lesson] via [bank transfer / cash / preferred method].
Packages (if offered) must be used within the specified validity period.

Coral Wave Swim School does not offer make-up lessons or rescheduling for missed or cancelled sessions, regardless of the reason.
Lessons missed due to illness, travel, or other commitments will be forfeited.
In the rare event that the instructor must cancel a session (e.g., due to illness or emergency), the lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time or refunded if no alternative is possible.

All lessons take place at the client’s home or hotel pool.
Clients must ensure that the pool is:
- Safe, clean, and accessible at the scheduled time.
- At an appropriate temperature and depth for the swimmer(s).
The instructor reserves the right to cancel or end the session if the environment is deemed unsafe.

Participants must be in good health and fit to swim. Any medical conditions or injuries must be disclosed prior to the lesson.
Children under 8 must be supervised by an adult throughout the session.
While water safety is a top priority, Coral Wave Swim School is not responsible for injuries resulting from unsafe pool conditions or lack of supervision outside of lesson time.

Lessons are conducted by a certified, experienced swim instructor with current first aid and safeguarding qualifications.
The instructor will provide a professional, encouraging, and safe learning environment at all times.

Clients and swimmers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.
Inappropriate behaviour or repeated breaches of policy may result in termination of services without refund.

Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances and are at the discretion of Coral Wave Swim School.
Missed or unused sessions are not refundable or transferable.

Photos or videos may occasionally be requested for promotional use. Consent will always be sought in writing and is not required to participate.

Coral Wave Swim School is committed to protecting your personal information.
Any data collected (e.g. names, contact details, health information relevant to swimming lessons) is used solely for lesson planning, communication, and safety.
Your data is stored securely and will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly.

Coral Wave Swim School is not responsible for any lost or damaged property during lessons.
By participating, clients acknowledge that swimming carries inherent risks and agree to release Coral Wave Swim School from liability for injuries or accidents that occur during lessons, provided safety guidelines are followed.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
