Led by Sophie, a dedicated swim professional with over 12 years of international experience, Coral Wave offers tailored, in-water swim lessons that focus on confidence, safety, and skill development for swimmers of all ages and abilities.

Sophie began her journey in the UK as a competitive swimmer, and has since taught and coached in a variety of settings across the UK, Australia, and the UAE. Her global background allows her to adapt lessons to meet the unique needs of each individual — whether you're just starting out, overcoming a fear of water, or refining stroke technique.

Sophie holds a range of industry-recognised qualifications, including:

• ASA Level 1 & Level 2 Awards in both Teaching and Coaching Swimming

• STA Baby and Pre-School Certification

• Level 3 International Award in Emergency First Aid

• Child Protection in Sport and Physical Activity
